Return Policy Overview

At TSD Welltest Solution, we aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible. You can receive a full refund for items returned within 30 days of the order date, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original factory packaging, including all original documentation and accessories.

Note:

the probe/detector/noise/parts /consumables etc. no warranty.

If wrong ordered and your customer cancled the order, this will not be the reason for returning.

Warranty volid If the seals broken.  Buyers responsible for all freights.

How to Initiate a Return

Shipping and Handling Fees

Please note that We will issue refund by deduct shipping if we provided & calibration if there was after receiving the unit back to us. Please note that buyers are responsible for the return shipping.

We will not refund money if we don't see the clear vedio or screen shot from the unit in any reason when unit fails.Calibration fee and shipping cost will not be returned.

We reserve the right to repair, exchange, or refund if the unit does not meet specifications.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping, handling, and associated charges are non-refundable.
