Shipping Methods

At TSD Welltest Solution, we partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and BRE to deliver your orders safely and promptly. If you have an account with any of these carriers, we are happy to coordinate delivery through your preferred provider. Additionally, we offer free delivery services to Chinese freight forwarders for added convenience.

Delivery Time

We prioritize efficient shipping to minimize delays. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days after receiving full payment. For orders with a specified delivery time in the quote, we adhere strictly to the quoted timeframe to meet your expectations.

Warranty

All new and original products include a standard one-year warranty, 30 days warranty for used products and 5days of ROR only when unit fails; the probe/detector/noise/parts and Other consumables no warranty.

Payment Terms

We operate on a 100% T/T (bank transfer) payment before shipment policy. For items requiring a longer lead time, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% balance payable before shipment. Customers with agents in China may contact us to explore RMB transfer options for added flexibility.
